JOB TITLE Operations Analyst EMPLOYMENT TYPE Full-time, Permanent, Hybrid ABOUT THIS OPPORTUNITY The Operations Analyst serves as a key driver of operational efficiency within Accerta. This role is responsible for optimizing day-to-day processes related to program administration, ensuring seamless operations, and enhancing overall effectiveness across all programs supported by Accerta. Responsibilities include overseeing client registration, managing eligibility for clients and service providers, executing and maintaining funding agreements, and managing the full life cycle of funding, including reconciliation for core clinical services. The Operations Analyst will identify bottlenecks, analyze data and key performance indicators (KPIs), and implement process improvements to promote continuous enhancement of operational processes across all Accerta programs. ACCOUNTABILITIES Data Analysis: Operations Analysts will leverage data analysis techniques to extract insights from large datasets, uncover trends, and identify opportunities for process optimization. Process Evaluation: Operations Analysts will critically evaluate existing operational processes, identify inefficiencies, and propose and implement improvements to enhance productivity and reduce costs. Risk Management: Operations Analysts will actively monitor operational risks, ensure compliance with regulatory and contractual requirements, and implement controls to mitigate potential risks. Performance Monitoring: Operations Analysts will track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure operational performance, identify areas for improvement, and ensure targets are met. QUALIFICATIONS Degree in Analytics, Business Administration, or Finance preferred. 3-5 years of experience in an analytical or operational analyst role. Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques such as Excel, Power BI, SQL, or statistical software. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, and Outlook) Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to clearly communicate and share solutions. Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize and meet tough deadlines. Knowledge of Process Mapping Techniques. Project Management Professional certification (PMP) is an asset. Lean Six Sigma or other process improvement certification or knowledge is a plus ANNUAL SALARY $75,000 to $85,000 PERFORMANCE BONUS Up to 10% of annual salary WHAT WE OFFER Group Benefits: Coverage begins on the employees first day and includes a Health Care Spending Account and Personal Spending Account (depending on allocation).
