Overview Coast Mountain College (CMTN), Terrace campus and Kitimat General Hospital, invites applications for a parttime College Professor in the Northern Collaborative Baccalaureate Nursing Program (NCBNP) (subject to minimum enrolment). Salary will be in accordance with the CUPE Instructor Scale (range: $5,775.84 to $9,255.50 per section). Duties College Professors are responsible for contributing to the academic success of students in the Northern Collaborative Baccalaureate Nursing program (NCBNP). This includes course preparation, teaching and guiding students, providing feedback, correction, encouragement, and direction in the following courses: Spring Semester (April 17th 2026 to Jun 12th 2026) NURS 220: Extended Clinical Practicum (1.34 sections) Onsite work starts May 1st 2026. April 17 reflects 1 week before the clinical start for prep. Qualifications A Masters degree in Nursing, a current practising licence with the Nursing regulator college (CRNBC), and current CPR certificate along with a minimum of 5 years clinical practice experience and teaching experience. Candidates with a Bachelors degree will be considered with a combination of education and experience. Successful candidates will be adaptable, flexible and comfortable with change and have excellent interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills.
