About the role The Salesforce AI Architect leads the integration of generative and predictive AI within our Salesforce ecosystem. This role defines strategy and architecture for AIpowered insights, copilots, and automations that enhance productivity and decisionmaking across the enterprise. Key Responsibilities Architect endtoend AI and data solutions leveraging Einstein, Copilot, and external LLMs. Design prompt and response pipelines, ensuring compliance and data security. Partner with business and technical teams to identify AI use cases with measurable ROI. Govern model usage, prompt engineering standards, and ethical AI design. Evaluate new AI features, APIs, and integrations for platform readiness. Required Qualifications 7+ years Salesforce architecture experience with exposure to AI, analytics, or automation. Familiarity with Einstein Copilot, GPT integrations, and API orchestration. Strong grounding in data privacy, model governance, and prompt engineering. Salesforce AI Associate or equivalent certification preferred. Preferred Skills / NicetoHaves Experience with OpenAI API, LangChain, or Vertex AI integrations. Knowledge of Data Cloud and predictive analytics pipelines. Familiarity with MLOps and data governance best practices. Language Skills Bilingual proficiency in French, Spanish or German is nicetohave to support our diverse client base across North America and globally.
