Workday AMS Lead Canadian Payroll Consultant Join Kainos and shape the future of digital services. As a Workday AMS Lead Canadian Payroll Consultant you will be responsible for the successful postdeployment service delivery of Workday solutions for clients, covering all configuration and functional changes required in a postproduction environment and responding to customer cases on a prioritized basis. Responsibilities Ensure postdeployment service delivery of Workday Canadian Payroll solutions. Configure and implement functional changes in a postproduction environment. Respond to customer cases on a prioritized basis and support Implementation projects as needed. Collaborate with customer Payroll leads to enhance, fix, and extend their existing Workday Canadian Payroll implementation. Act as a technical mentor for junior team members and share knowledge. Work remotely from anywhere in the US or Canada, or in a hybrid arrangement if commutable to the Toronto office. Qualifications Workday CAN Payroll Certification. Strong understanding of Workday Canadian Payroll. Excellent customer focus, able to assess customer needs, build relationships, and manage customer expectations. Strong communicator with the ability to communicate with customers and colleagues with impact, credibility and empathy, including in a remote working situation. Formal presentation skills to senior client audiences. Ability to design and architect scalable and optimal Workday CAN Payroll solutions. Ability to work to tight deadlines and make sensible decisions under pressure while balancing customer demands and Kainos commercial objectives. Strong consulting skills, including presenting, leading workshops, demonstrating, and explaining complex functionality or solutions to customers. Willingness and ability to act as a rolemodel and mentor or linemanage more junior consultants. Willingness to support the sales process, including the production of estimates for delivery of work packages. Ability to rotate through various Workday delivery services, specifically Consulting and Application Management Services. For Application Management Services, deliver work to meet defined Service Level Agreements. Travel to customer sites within the same region when required; minimal outofregion travel may also be required. People Management Agree, set and review goals for yourself and the team aligned to Kainos, Workday BU and the Capability. Provide support so that team goals can be achieved. Review and refine goals for relevance and keep performance on track. Review performance against goals and provide feedback. Identify training to support development of yourself and your team.
