We are looking for someone with extensive barista experience and a strong entrepreneurial spirit to support the development, setup, and growth of this new offering. You will play an integral role in shaping the AM Beverage Program at the resort, and overseeing the establishment of an outlet dedicated to specialty coffee to serve our resort guests, as well as the community of Inverness. Key Responsibilities Execute and oversee daily caf operations, ensuring consistent service excellence. Prepare highquality specialty coffee beverages following established standards. Support the setup, layout, and ongoing evolution of the new caf concept. Assist in developing standard operating procedures, workflows, and service guidelines. Maintain product quality, cleanliness, and adherence to food safety standards. Contribute to menu planning and product innovation. Provide leadership, training, and guidance to baristas and support staff. Foster a welcoming, guestcentred environment. Collaborate with leadership on continuous improvement initiatives.
