Senior Business Analyst 12 Months contract Vancouver, hybrid 2 days onsite The candidate will work with stakeholders from various business units across the Enterprise as well as with vendors or suppliers to define and document business processes and requirements for Cybersecurity related projects and initiatives. The candidate will also participate in and support key aspects of the implementation of technology solutions. This may include some project coordination, solution design, development, communications, testing, and training delivery. Deliverables: Standard business analysis deliverables and supporting documentation will be expected although they may be modified to suit the scope and scale of the project. These include, but are not limited to, the following: 2.1. Document and summarize the current workloads relative to IT infrastructure capacity on-prem and in the cloud. 2.2. Mapping of workloads against hardware life cycles, accounting for expected growth and resiliency requirements 2.3. RAID logs as it relates to project execution life cycle. 2.4. Use case documents or user stories. 2.5. Current as-is and future state process diagrams or maps. 2.6. Fit-gap analysis documents. 2.7. RACI matrices. 2.8. Decision analysis and supporting documents. 2.9. Test execution planning and support. 2.10. Deployment plan support. 2.11. Change management planning and support. 2.12. Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). 2.13. Operations and / or user guides. 2.14. End User Training materials. 2.15. Meeting agendas, minutes, and action items. 2.16. Program status reports. What you have: To be considered for this position, the candidates must minimally meet the knowledge, skills, and abilities listed below: Experience in Cybersecurity is a nice to have. 10+ years of business analysis experience in a complex enterprise environment. Bachelors degree with formal business analyst training. Business systems analyst experience supporting System Development Life Cycle initiatives. Good understanding of data center technologies, on-prem networking and cloud infrastructure. Experience in conducting current state assessments. Strong analytical, communication, and writing skills. Experience with leading teams comprised of business analysts and business subject matter experts. Ability to gather, analyze, and consolidate information from a variety of sources (i.e., documents, interviews, brainstorming sessions, etc.). Proven track record of working with business stakeholders to identify, assess and document business requirements. Ability to work with technical analysts / advisors and translate these requirements into detailed system specifications.
