Full job description The Executive Director is responsible for developing and providing visionary leadership to a committed service team as well as enhancing community and funding relations through the planning and management of the womens shelter. The position is responsible for establishing and maintaining connections with other VAW agencies and other Provincial initiatives while continuing to lead the growth and expansion of Elliot Lake Womens Group. Qualifications Minimum Education: Ideally the successful candidate has postsecondary education in social work, nonprofit management, community programming, or related.
