Our client is seeking a Senior QA Automation Lead specializing in data integration and ETL testing responsible for leading enterprise QA programs, validating large-scale data pipelines, and ensuring data quality across Azure-based data platforms. (Hybrid- Toronto 3 days/wk) Must Have Skills 15+ years of QA/testing experience with strong leadership experience Strong experience in data integration and ETL testing (ADF and SSIS) Advanced SQL skills (Snowflake and SQL Server) for data validation and query-based testing Handson experience with Azure Data Factory (ADF), Azure cloud services, and Snowflake Experience building QA automation frameworks using Python and Playwright Experience with CI/CD pipelines and QA automation using Azure DevOps Nice to Have Skills Experience with API testing for data services Familiarity with investment management or financial services domain Experience with data warehousing, data modeling, and data migration testing Understanding of data governance and compliance frameworks Experience working with crossshore teams (onshore, offshore, nearshore) Strong technical documentation and knowledge transfer experience Responsibilities Establish and implement a formal QA program for enterprise data integration and ETL workflows Lead and mentor a QA team supporting enterprise data initiatives Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans for SSIS and Azure Data Factory pipelines Validate data transformations, data loads, and pipeline accuracy across enterprise systems Develop QA automation frameworks for data validation and regression testing Optimize SQLbased data validation scripts for performance and scalability Collaborate with data engineers, developers, and business analysts to align QA with project goals Conduct performance and scalability testing for ETL jobs and data workflows Manage QA configurations and enforce data quality and governance standards Implement automated testing and deployment processes using Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines Create technical documentation and knowledge transfer materials for operational teams Additional Information Testing Focus: Data integration, ETL pipelines, and enterprise data platforms Cloud Platform: Microsoft Azure Key Technologies: Azure Data Factory (ADF), SSIS, Snowflake, Azure Data Lake Storage (ADLS), Azure Functions, Azure Batch Automation: Python, Playwright or similar testing frameworks Data Validation: SQL (Snowflake & SQL Server) DevOps Tools: Azure DevOps CI/CD Collaboration Model: Work closely with data engineers, business analysts, and crossregional teams Domain Preference: Investment management / financial services experience preferred #J-18808-Ljbffr
