Our AI Solutions Specialist will work to accelerate AI adoption across the organization. In this role you will serve as help desk support, evangelists, and tool testers, working under the guidance of the Manager AI Enablement. What you''''ll do: Architect and Deploy: internal AI applications and workflow automations; design lightweight, production-grade tools that integrate with MAGs enterprise ecosystem to reduce manual operational overhead. AI Help Desk Support : Support employees using AI tools, answering questions, troubleshooting issues, and guiding usage. Evangelism & Training: Promote AI literacy and responsible usage across departments, hosting enablement sessions and sharing best practices. Tool Testing & Feedback: Participate in pilot programs for new AI tools, providing feedback on usability, performance, and adoption barriers. Use Case Evaluation: Assist in evaluating incoming AI tool suggestions and use cases for feasibility and strategic alignment. Enablement Campaigns: Support the rollout of AI campaigns, including internal communications, training materials, and adoption metrics What you have: Experience with AI tools such as Copilot, Gemini, AnswersAI Undergraduate degree in related field (specialty in AI an asset) Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Passion for emerging technologies and AI. Ability to translate technical concepts into accessible language. Collaborative mindset with a focus on cross-functional engagement. The typical hiring range for this position is $55,000 - $70,000 annually complemented by a bonus plan; the base pay is determined by market location and job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and education.
