As a Senior Technical Program Manager (TPM) at Anime Universe Global, you''''ll own the operational threads that pull together our creator platforms, growth deployment engines, and cross-platform infrastructurebridging systems and teams to ship at scale. Minimum commitment: 20 hours/week. If thats not feasible, this isnt your stage. This is an equity partner role. Overview As a Senior TPM , you''''ll coordinate mission-critical programs across Operations, Growth Deployment (GD), and Creator Platforms (CP). Youll work alongside core leaders to design, plan, and launch initiatives that touch our tech stack, creator tools, token frameworks, and community-driven pipelines. Your core mission: Build operational cohesion between systems, scale, and strategy. What Youll Own Lead complex, cross-functional initiatives from concept to launch across Ops, GD, and CP Define and maintain program roadmaps, milestone plans, and ownership matrices Translate vision and product goals into scoped, executable project tracks Facilitate deep alignment across Engineering, Product, Content, and Growth teams Set up agile systems of record (Notion, Airtable, etc.) that scale with team needs Identify and unblock operational dependencies, risks, and bottlenecks Drive retrospective learnings, metric-based assessments, and system optimizations Establish governance around scope, communications, and stakeholder syncs Act as the execution layer between strategy and systemsowning delivery at every level What Were Looking For 6+ years in technical program management, platform ops, or systems launch coordination Track record of managing large-scale cross-functional initiatives with ambiguity Detail-oriented - managing scope, time, budget, resources Exceptional communication skills - respectfully raise issues, address problems and seek out solutions Strong fluency in async coordination, sprint/roadmap design, and agile methodologies Comfort with tools like Notion, Miro, Jira, Airtable, and Slack-based operational models Excellent systems thinkingable to see across silos and identify leverage points Skilled in status reporting, escalation frameworks, and remote-first execution Program/project certification or other equivalent Bonus: Experience in entertainment tech, gaming platforms, or creator ecosystems Bonus: Familiarity with token ecosystems, community ops, or blockchain tooling Compensation Equity (Shares): Founding partner-level equity Future Salary: Activates with revenue benchmarks Remote First: Globally distributed, async-first, autonomy-driven culture Were not here to scale routinewere here to scale brilliance.
