About The Opportunity The Adventure Ahead As our Product Data Analyst, you are the architect of insight, sitting at the very heart of Docebos Product Operations to transform raw signals into a powerful decisionmaking engine. You will revolutionize how we interpret product data, ensuring every roadmap shift and new feature is backed by clear, undeniable evidence rather than just intuition. Your mission is to empower our Product, Design, and Engineering teams to build a worldclass user experience through the lens of trusted, highimpact metrics. The Day-to-Day Master the Ecosystem: Act as the primary owner for our product analytics stackincluding Pendo, DocET, and BI dashboardsensuring every tool is optimized to deliver a single, trusted view of our product health. Set the Standard: Design and maintain a sophisticated event taxonomy across all modules to track Activation, Adoption, and Growth, ensuring new features are perfectly instrumented before they ever hit the market. Visualize the Future: Build and maintain highimpact, selfserve dashboards that translate complex data into clear, compelling narratives to influence executivelevel prioritization and investment. Partner with Trios: Embed yourself within Product trios (Product, Design, Engineering) to define success metrics for key initiatives and move the needle from adhoc reporting to repeatable, scalable KPIs. Champion Experimentation: Lead the charge on A/B testing and beta programs, coaching stakeholders on how to interpret data accurately and avoid analytical pitfalls to foster a truly datadriven culture. Optimize the Engine: Proactively monitor data quality and governance, identifying anomalies and collaborating with Engineering to ensure our data remains the gold standard for the organization. Amplify the Customer Voice: Bridge the gap between behavioural data and customer feedback, partnering with Product Marketing to bring databacked stories to life in our roadmaps and QBRs. Your Superpowers Data Expertise: You bring 35+ years of experience in B2B SaaS analytics, armed with expertlevel SQL skills, data modeling prowess, and deep familiarity with tools like Pendo, Amplitude, or Mixpanel. Visual Storytelling: You are proficient in BI tools like Tableau or QuickSight, with a unique ability to turn dense data into intuitive dashboards that speak to both technical and nontechnical audiences. ProductFirst Mindset: You look far beyond the dashboard to ask why, possessing a deep understanding of roadmaps, North Star Metrics, and the delicate balance between discovery and delivery. Strategic Communication: You are a master of turning numbers into narratives, comfortable challenging assumptions with evidence and facilitating highstakes working sessions with leadership. Systems Thinking: You excel at untangling legacy decisions and viewing the product lifecycle as a connected system, driven by a highownership mentality and a desire for continuous improvement.
