The Sales Consultant will be responsible for assisting customers with their vehicle purchases by understanding their needs, providing expert advice, and ensuring a seamless buying experience. Duties include conducting consultations, delivering product demonstrations, maintaining strong customer relationships, and meeting sales targets. The role will involve staying informed about Fraser Fords offerings, financing options, and vehicle features to help clients make confident, informed decisions. Qualifications Proficiency in Sales Consulting and Consulting skills to effectively understand client needs and provide tailored vehicle solutions Strong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills to ensure a high-quality buying experience Exceptional Communication skills for clear and persuasive interactions with customers and team members Previous experience in automotive sales or customer-facing roles is an asset Familiarity with financing options and vehicle features is a plus Proactive attitude and ability to work in a team-oriented environment Willingness to work on-site at the Cobourg, ON location OMVIC Certified Valid Drivers License Must be willing to complete all the P2p training needed by Ford Must work to maintain and exceed our high and industry leading Customer Service (CX) Experience #J-18808-Ljbffr
