Provide expert guidance on complex employee relations matters, balancing risk, fairness, legislative compliance and organizational values. Oversee recruitment and leadership hiring strategies that are efficient, equitable and focused on securing highimpact talent. Work as part of a departmental and divisional leadership team to support our strategic focus on people and culture. Your skills and experience: University degree or diploma in Business Administration or Human Resources Management. Chartered Professional in Human Resources (CPHR) designation (required). Asset designations include CEBS, CCP, or RPR. Minimum seven years of progressively responsible HR experience, including recruitment, employee relations, labour relations and performance management. Several years of people leadership experience, supported by leadership or supervisory training. Experience with HR systems is essential; Workday experience is an asset. Proven ability to build and lead highperforming, engaged teams. Advanced knowledge of HR practices, employment legislation, labour relations and organizational development. Exceptional communication, influencing and negotiation skills. Strong analytical, financial and project management capabilities. Ability to manage competing priorities, navigate ambiguity and deliver results in a complex environment.
