Job Description Responsible for staffing, training, developing, and retaining both parttime and fulltime staff, including career development for management. Accountable for all store operations, including hour management, asset protection, sales floor and stockroom organization. Upholds company standards and policies, with a focus on store experience by ensuring a high level of customer engagement.
