Title Solutions Architect Salary $112,090 - $131,870 - $151,650 per year (pay range explained below) Contract Temporary, 1 year term Hours 37.5 hours (core hours MonFri 9am3pm) Location Alberni Office (Metro Vancouver) on the traditional and unceded territories of the Coast Salish Territories of the Musqueam, Squamish, and TsleilWaututh Nations Hybrid (Hybrid working is an option in line with FNHAs flex work policy). About The Role As Solutions Architect, you will create the Enterprise technical strategy for an Enterprise system and solution. You will provide senior management with strategic direction for FNHA information technology road maps, conduct technical quality assurance audits, postimplementation reviews for projects, and maintenance of custom applications. Additionally, you will plan, research, and analyse technology solutions related to disaster recovery, business resumption procedures, and security compliance. About You We are looking for enthusiastic people to join our team. Education University degree in the field of Computer Science or Management Information Systems or a related discipline or an acceptable combination of education, training and experience Experience Must have at least 15 years or more experience in Information Technology Solutions and Enterprise Architecture Experience developing action plans, and leading technical teams for large Enterprise Technology projects Experience in assessing customer requirements, architectural policy, procedures, and standards, and implementing technical and business solutions Experience with Major Applications Software platforms: Microsoft .NET framework, Java Platform Experience with Cloud Providers: Microsoft Azure, AWS Experience with MS Server platforms: MS Server 2012R2, 2016, SQL 2012, 2016 Occupational certification CCIE, MCSE or other related senior expert level certifications are a asset TOGAF Certification ITIL Master Certification Knowledge Proven skills in developing strategic Solutions Architecture plans Working knowledge of Enterprise Architecture frameworks Knowledge of Technology Project Management Ability to create Solutions and Enterprise Architectural strategies and artifacts Working at FNHA As a member of the team, you will have access to a wide range of employee benefits, including: Municipal Pension plan with an employer contribution of 9.31% 3 weeks vacation, plus 5 personal days, 1 volunteer day, and 14 public holidays including National Indigenous Peoples Day, National Day of Truth and Reconciliation, Easter Monday and Boxing Day Access to group health benefits and a Health Care Spending Account through Canada Life on day 1 of employment And more! The Pay Range is the minimum and maximum annual salary based on full time equivalent hours. Incumbents are typically hired, transferred or promoted between the minimum and midpoint of the range based on their knowledge, skills, abilities and experience in relation to the role requirements. The top 10% of the pay range is for the incumbents who are industry experts in the job with the combination of exceptional experience and competencies needed to perform all duties and responsibilities at a superior capability level.
