What Youll Do Develop and implement the Distribution Services and Home Office budgets to ensure financial plans, forecasts, and rolling plans are integrated and aligned with operational business strategy (driving efficiencies and shareholder value). Lead analysis of budget performance, variances, forecast expenses and present Distribution Services Operations results to Senior Leadership including insights to gross margin, expense control, etc. Create all financial business cases to support Integrated Supply Chain (ISC) initiatives. Develop and lead departmental strategies in line with broader Global Distribution Services frameworks. Closely collaborate with Reporting & Analytics for performance analysis related to forecasts, rolling plans, and budgets for all lines of P&L. Facilitate collaboration between Distribution Services, Integrated Supply Chain Finance, Logistics, Merchants and thirdparty providers to leverage knowledge and processes that ensure costeffective flow of merchandise. Collaborate with Supply Chain on network analysis studies to quantify metrics and financial impacts. Act as key business partner to Distribution Services, Integrated Supply Chain, FP&A, and Financial Control leadership; provide valuable financial and analytical insights to influence and support strategic business initiatives. Participate in Global Committees and/or special projects to build partnerships with senior stakeholders across TJX divisions, influencing and guiding opportunities for the TJX Canada business. Plan and execute the department talent strategy, ensuring a pipeline of functional, diversified talent to fill current and future key positions. Participate in talent development discussions, talent review calibrations, set and track department objectives. Provide leadership, development, and coaching to team members; link development to TJXs strategic talent objectives (motivate, challenge and engage). Mentor the team on relationship management, business acumen, and provide technical leadership on key questions and best practices. About You A postsecondary degree in a related area/discipline (i.e. Accounting, Business, Finance); MBA in Finance and/or Accounting is considered an asset. A Canadian CPA designation (or U.S. CPA equivalent). A minimum of seven (7) years of progressive Finance experience, including a minimum of five (5) years performing budgeting development, management, and analysis activities. A minimum of five (5) years of peopleleadership experience; proven accountability for the performance and development of others. Strong leadership skills with the ability to act as a collaborative partner with senior management and positively influence individuals to act in the best interest of the organization. Excellent management skills including: organizational, facilitation, negotiation, conflict, and timemanagement skills; able to prioritize multiple priorities and maintain the appropriate sense of urgency. Strong consulting skills; proven ability to procure and analyze a range of quantitative and qualitative information for use in developing strategies, policies and solutions that meet departmental and organizational needs. Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills; bilingualism (English and French) is considered an asset. Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to build effective relationships, actively listen, challenge constructively, and establish respect and rapport within professional networks. Excellent people management skills including coaching, providing feedback and guidance, performance evaluation, and performance management. Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and appropriately manage highly sensitive information. Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite and data visualization (ex: Power BI, Tableau) applications.
