The Graduate Technology Leadership Program has three separate postings: Next Gen Networking Services, Cybersecurity Applications and Software & AI Solutions. What you''''ll work on in the Next Gen Networking Services Stream As part of the GTLP, you will have the opportunity to complete 9month rotations across 3 different teams to help you develop technical expertise and leadership skills. Rotations are designed to promote accelerated development. Once your first rotation is complete, there is an opportunity to move within other streams (Software and AI Solutions and Cybersecurity Applications). Your focus on this stream will be one or more of the following: Transform traditional network infrastructure into intelligent, cloudbased systems Enhance sustainability through smart network optimization Elevate customer experience through reliable, highperformance connectivity Drive the evolution to a hyperconnected 5G and ORAN Implement AIpowered network optimization and automation solutions In this stream, you will gain handson experience with modern tools and technologies essential for a worldclass tech company. This may include building skills in one or some combination of the following areas: 5G Infrastructure & Radio Access Network (RAN): Deploy and optimize 5G networks, build network slicing automation for IoT and enterprise use cases, and develop performance monitoring solutions for coverage and quality. Cloud Network Engineering & NFV/SDN: Migrate network functions to cloudnative environments, implement virtualization to replace hardware appliances, and build multicloud networking solutions across AWS, Azure, and onpremises systems. Network Automation: Create machine learning models for predictive maintenance and congestion management, build selfhealing systems that autoremediate failures, and develop zerotouch provisioning for network equipment. Network Operations & Performance Engineering: Create realtime monitoring systems for latency and throughput, build analytics platforms that correlate network performance with customer satisfaction, and develop proactive alerting and quality assurance tools. Network Architecture & Strategic Planning: Design energyefficient, scalable network architectures, develop sustainability solutions that reduce carbon emissions, and optimize network routing to balance performance, cost, and energy consumption. Rotation assignments will be based on your strengths and future career interests, combined with strategic business needs. Minimum 412 months of relevant professional work, internship or coop experience in a technical environment.
