This high-impact leadership role is responsible for achieving revenue targets, strengthening sales discipline, mentoring branch leaders, and fostering operational excellence. Reporting directly to the Director, Branch Sales , you will serve as a key partner in executing sales strategies, aligning regional objectives with company goals, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. You will also collaborate closely with People and Culture to strengthen talent development, engagement, and performance across the region. This is an exciting opportunity for a results-driven leader who is passionate about coaching, strategic sales management, and operational excellence. Note: This is a dual-responsibility role. In addition to leading the overall region, the Regional Manager will also directly manage one of the branches to maintain close alignment with day-to-day operations and the customer experience at the local level. Duties and Responsibilities Lead and manage all branches through the Branch Managers within the assigned region, driving growth and profitability in alignment with company objectives. Develop and execute regional sales and operational strategies to deliver consistent and accelerated performance. Partner with the People and Culture team to support recruitment, retention, employee engagement, and leadership development initiatives. Promote a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and sales excellence across all teams. Provide ongoing mentorship and coaching to Branch Managers, building their leadership capability and business acumen. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), identify performance gaps, and implement corrective actions. Maintain strong market and competitor intelligence to adapt strategies and sustain regional competitiveness. Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Operations, and Finance to enhance branch performance and customer satisfaction. Ensure adherence to sales discipline, including effective pipeline management, forecasting accuracy, and consistent execution of the sales process. Lead by example in upholding company values, fostering teamwork, and promoting a customer-first mindset. Skills and Qualifications Diploma or Bachelors degree in Business, Management, or a related field preferred. 10+ years of progressive experience in sales leadership, ideally within wholesale distribution, construction, or the HVAC/R industry. Demonstrated success in leading multi-site operations and driving profitable regional performance. Proven ability to inspire, mentor, and develop high-performing teams. Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills with the ability to make sound, data-driven decisions. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and build strong relationships at all levels. Deep understanding of sales management principles, including pipeline development, forecasting, and strategic account planning. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with ERP systems (inventory, warehouse, and distribution management preferred). Strong business acumen and ethical judgment.
