Known for its collaborative culture, longterm employee retention, and commitment to excellence, they have built over 30 million square feet of industrial and commercial spaceincluding warehouses, cold storage facilities, food processing plants, and tiltup structures. About the Opportunity This is an opportunity for an experienced Senior Project Manager to take ownership of complex, documentationheavy builds within a trusted and growthoriented firm. Youll oversee multiple concurrent projects from preconstruction through occupancy, working closely with Superintendents, clients, and consultants to ensure safe, highquality, and onschedule delivery. About the Position Youll lead the planning and execution of commercial and light industrial construction projects, manage budgets and schedules, and maintain accountability for all project phases. This role requires strong leadership, a technical mindset, and the ability to foster collaborative working relationships across the project team. Responsibilities Oversee commercial and industrial projects from design through closeout and occupancy Manage subtrade procurement, scope definition, and contract execution Collaborate with site teams to maintain quality, schedule, and safety standards Track progress using Timberline and Microsoft software for cost coding, submittals, RFIs, and change management Coordinate with clients, consultants, and municipalities to resolve design or site issues Review monthly progress claims, budgets, and subcontractor invoices Report regularly to senior leadership on project financials and performance Qualifications 10+ years as a Project Manager (already operating at PM level) Experience with commercial and light industrial constructionincluding warehouses, cold storage, food processing, car dealerships, selfstorage, studios, tiltup, and structural steel (tiltup strongly preferred) Delivered 34 projects from excavation through occupancy Ability to manage 23 projects simultaneously Strong experience with client coordination, safety oversight, and heavy documentation processes Compensation & Benefits Salary: $130,000 $150,000 Bonus based on performance and profitability RRSP Matching Comprehensive Benefits Plan Supportive, familyoriented environment with mentorship and growth opportunities This opportunity is available to candidates based in Vancouver, Burnaby, Surrey, Langley, New Westminster, Coquitlam, Chilliwack, Delta, and Richmond.
