Demonstration Pilot / Chief Pilot & Operations Manager (CAR 703 AOC)Levaero Aviation Inc.Base: Greater Toronto Area | Thunder Bay, ON | Collingwood, ON(Final base flexible based on candidate)Levaero Aviation is the exclusive Canadian Authorized Sales & Service Centre for Pilatus Aircraft and a recognized national leader in Pilatus PC-12 and PC-24 aircraft sales, service, and support.We are seeking an experienced, highly professional aviator to join our organization as a Demonstration Pilot who will also serve as Chief Pilot / Operations Manager and DFO, responsible for maintaining Levaeros CAR 703 Air Operator Certificate in good standing.This is not a traditional charter role. It is a leadership position that combines regulatory oversight, aircraft demonstration flying, post-maintenance operational flying, and direct collaboration with sales and marketing in representing both Pilatus and Levaero Aviation across Canada and internationally.The OpportunityThis role sits at the intersection of operational leadership, technical expertise, and customer engagement.You will: Lead and oversee Levaeros 703 flight operation Serve as primary demonstration pilot for the Pilatus PC-12 Conduct post-maintenance and operational check flights in support of our maintenance organization Work closely with sales and marketing as a product expert Engage directly with aircraft owners, corporate flight departments, and industry leaders Support the long-term transition into Pilatus PC-24 demonstration flyingAnnual flight time is typically 100200 hours, including: Customer demonstration flights Aircraft delivery and concierge flying Post-maintenance and operational check flights Participation in national and international industry events (CBAA, NBAA, demo tours) Mentor/support flying and operational training supportTravel is typically predictable and scheduled in advance, concentrated around demonstration tours, industry events, aircraft deliveries, and major maintenance events.
