This role oversees recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, training, health & safety compliance, benefits administration, payroll coordination, and policy development. The HR Manager ensures compliance with Provincial labour legislation, maintains positive employee relations, and supports a safe and productive workplace.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES1. Recruitment & OnboardingManage full hiring cycle: job postings, applicant screening, interviews, reference checks, and offersPrepare employment agreements compliant with the ESALead new-hire orientation and onboardingMaintain job descriptions and organizational chartCoordinate background checks or pre-employment assessments when required2. Employee RelationsProvide guidance to supervisors on performance management and disciplineAddress employee questions, concerns, and conflicts confidentiallyMaintain open communication and support a respectful workplaceConduct workplace investigations when required (harassment, policy violations, etc.)Uphold Human Rights Code and workplace policies3.
