We are seeking a Venues Lead, Event Technology who is as comfortable closing a high-stakes partnership as they are troubleshooting a complex lighting rig or streamlining an operational workflow.This isn't just a management role; its a relationship-first leadership position. You will be the face of Stagevision within our premier venues, responsible for nurturing long-term stakeholder partnerships while ensuring our technical delivery is nothing short of spectacular.What Youll Impact Revenue & Relationship Growth: You will drive the sales engine, not just by hitting targets, but by building deep, trust-based relationships with venue partners and clients that secure our position as their preferred technology provider.Operational Excellence: You will bridge the gap between 'the pitch' and 'the production,' overseeing the logistics and resource management required to turn a vision into a flawlessly executed reality.Technical Mentorship: As the ultimate technical resource, you will empower our technicians and sales teams, providing the high-level troubleshooting and AV expertise (Lighting, Audio, Video) that ensures every event is technically perfect.Key Qualifications:The Growth Catalyst: A proven track record in event technology sales with a documented ability to consistently exceed revenue benchmarks through consultative selling.The Relationship Architect: Exceptional interpersonal skills with a natural ability to build, maintain, and leverage professional networks and venue partnerships.The Technical Subject Matter Expert: Advanced proficiency across the AV spectrum (Audio, Video, Lighting) with the 'hands-on' ability to solve complex technical challenges on the fly.The Operational Strategist: Strong organizational skills with experience managing the 'parallel paths' of sales cycles and live event operations simultaneously.The Influential Communicator: Professional presentation and negotiation skills, capable of commanding a room and simplifying technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.'Stagevision is committed to creating a diverse and inclusive environment where everyone can do their best work.
