What Youll DoLead major electrical projects from tender to close-out.Mentor and develop project teams coordinators, site staff, and electricians.Keep projects on time, on budget, and built to spec.Build strong client relationships and represent Gardner Electric with pride. What Were Looking For5+ years of project management experience in construction/electrical.Proven success managing large projects ($5M+).Strong knowledge of electrical systems and construction practices.Skilled communicator, negotiator, and leader.Proficiency with tools like Procore or MS Project (bonus if youre PMP or Gold Seal certified).
