The role involves providing administrative support, managing meetings and communications with clients, maintaining office equipment, performing clerical tasks, and assisting with operational and organizational duties. The In Office Assistant will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of the office while providing exceptional support to The Global Diamond Broker and team members. This job requires someone that can handle high pace days and stay organized. This is a self starter position and we are looking for someone who is ready to work in a growth position with opportunities for advancement. QualificationsProficiency in Phone Etiquette and strong Communication skillsExperience in Administrative Assistance and Clerical tasksAbility to handle Office Equipment and related troubleshootingStrong organizational and multitasking skillsCustomer service orientation, reliability, and professionalismProficiency in MacBook computers, Using AI Systems, as well Social Media posts and editingHigh school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education is a plus.
