We are seeking a highly skilled Bilingual Instructional Designer for a full-time contract position to support a major SAP implementation. This is a remote role, open to candidates across Canada, focusing on the creation of high-impact learning solutions for a diverse workforce.The successful candidate will lead the design and development of training materials in both English and French, ensuring that our clients team is fully equipped to navigate their new SAP environment.Responsibilities:Multilingual Content Development: Design and develop comprehensive e-learning modules, job aids, and instructor-led training (ILT) materials in both official languages.SAP Training Strategy: Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to translate complex SAP processes into easy-to-understand, localized learning paths.Multimedia Production: Utilize the Adobe Creative Cloud suite and Camtasia to produce high-quality video tutorials, simulations, and graphic assets.Interactive E-Learning: Build engaging, SCORM-compliant courses using Articulate Storyline that include software simulations and knowledge checks.Quality Assurance: Perform rigorous linguistic and functional testing of all training assets to ensure accuracy within the SAP context.Requirements:Language Proficiency: Perfectly fluent in both English and French (written and verbal).Technical Expertise: Proven experience designing training for SAP or similar ERP systems.Articulate Storyline: Expert-level development skills.Adobe Creative Cloud: Proficiency in Photoshop and Premiere Pro.Camtasia: Experience in screen recording and video editing.MS Office: Advanced skills in PowerPoint (deck design) and Excel.Availability: Must be able to work full-time hours aligned with the Eastern Time Zone (ET).Location: Remote within Canada; must be legally entitled to work in Canada.If you are a proactive problem-solver who understands that SAP training isn't just about 'how to click,' but about understanding the business process.
