With billions in annual revenue and approximately 19,000 employees worldwide, the company is recognized globally for innovation, sustainability, and operational excellence.The OpportunityOur partner is seeking a Bilingual Payroll & HRIS Administrator to join its North American HR Shared Services team (Regional Center of Excellence RCoE).Based in Mississauga, Ontario (Canadian headquarters) or Montreal, Quebec, this role supports payroll and HR administration for employees across Canada. Working closely with HR and Payroll specialists across North America, you will help ensure accurate payroll processing, HR data integrity, and efficient HR service delivery for the companys Canadian workforce of 800+ employees. You will work with enterprise systems including Dayforce (Ceridian) and SAP SuccessFactors, ensuring data accuracy, compliance, and timely payroll processing.Key ResponsibilitiesPayroll Administration Support payroll processing cycles (weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly) Maintain accurate payroll records and employee status updates Ensure compliance with Canadian payroll regulations and tax requirements Assist with payroll reporting and financial reconciliations Support payroll tax filings and voluntary deductions Help optimize payroll processes and system functionality Provide backup support for full payroll processingHR Administration Maintain employee master data within HR and payroll systems Ensure compliance with HR reporting and regulatory requirements Serve as a contact for HR-related inquiries from employees and managers Produce ad-hoc reports while maintaining strict confidentiality Manage HR service tickets within the HR Center of Excellence Promote HR data accuracy, integrity, and security Support HR process improvements and system updates Collaborate with HR colleagues across Canada and the United States General Duties Support internal audits and compliance initiatives Maintain documentation within the Integrated Management System (IMS) Participate in safety, health, environment, and quality initiatives (SHEQ) Follow company policies, Code of Conduct, and safety standardsQualifications Minimum 3+ years experience in payroll and HR administration Experience supporting payroll in a mid-size or large organization Post-secondary education in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field Experience with Dayforce, SAP SuccessFactors, or enterprise HRIS/payroll systems is an asset Strong knowledge of payroll processes, HR data management, and compliance Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and HR service platforms (e.g., ServiceNow) Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills Strong communication and collaboration abilities High level of confidentiality and attention to detail Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment Bilingual: English and French requiredWhat the Company Offers Meaningful long-term career opportunities A collaborative and supportive global team Competitive salary + 10% annual performance bonus Comprehensive benefits (medical, dental, insurance) Company-matched retirement savings plan (RSP) Hybrid work environmentAbout TalentMatchTalentMatch LLC is a Denver-based recruitment and staffing firm with a satellite office in Ottawa, Ontario.
