Were looking for an Industrial Millwright 433a to join our team and ensure our production systems run at peak performance.About the Role:In this role, youll be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and replacing electro-mechanical equipment to support production goals and maximize equipment uptime. Youll collaborate with engineers, operators, and maintenance teams to troubleshoot issues, implement solutions, and keep our manufacturing operations efficient and reliable.Pay: $40-45/hr plus premiums Shift Afternoons 4pm-12amKey Responsibilities:Maintain and repair electro-mechanical equipment including drive systems, sensors, cabling, and automated production machineryCollaborate with mechanical and electrical engineers on installations and system evaluationsBuild mock-ups of production equipment and support new specificationsTroubleshoot, calibrate, and repair systems using knowledge of electricity, hydraulics, motors, and mechanicsRead and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and diagramsDocument technical information through reports, sketches, and calculationsPerform electrical, mechanical, and fluid measurements using proper tools and equipmentAssemble/disassemble and calibrate components following proceduresApply PLC programming and industrial network knowledge to system controlsCommunicate effectively and work collaboratively in a team environmentTrack, collect, and report maintenance dataSupport preventive maintenance, installations, and repair projectsWhat You Bring:Millwright 433a License5+ years of experience in a manufacturing facility with experience with electrical, mechanical, hydraulics/pneumaticsProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Visio, Outlook, and maintenance tracking systemsStrong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple projectsEffective communication skills (verbal, written, and presentations)Proactive, self-motivated, and confident professional who thrives in fast-paced environmentsWhy Join Us?
