Responsibilities include:Providing clinical services and medication management for patients in remote communitiesCollaborating closely with prescribers and interdisciplinary healthcare teamsDelivering patient-centred counselling and education via phone or virtual consultationsSupporting specialized pharmacy services, including:Diabetes managementSubstance-use disorder treatmentInfectious disease careLong-term and chronic disease managementEnsuring accurate prescription processing, packaging, and dispensingContributing to quality assurance initiatives and continuous improvement effortsWhat You BringBachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) from a recognized institutionLicensed and in good standing with the College of Pharmacists of ManitobaA genuine passion for patient careExcellent communication skills and confidence in providing remote patient supportExperience in healthcare, chronic disease management, or distance-care pharmacy is an asset (but not required)A team-first mindset and comfort working in a collaborative, fast-paced environmentWorking EnvironmentSchedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00am 5:00pmCulture: Inclusive, values-driven, and team-oriented, where your voice and contribution matter
