We are Systematix and we are currently looking for an Intermediate IT Project Manager to support one of our Life Sciences clients based in the Greater Toronto Area.ABOUT THE PROJECT:Our client is a well-established organization in the Life Sciences sector that is currently expanding the use of artificial intelligence across several enterprise platforms and operational processes. To support this initiative, they require an experienced IT Project Manager to backfill a PM who has been seconded to another organization.The successful candidate will manage a portfolio of technology initiatives focused largely on AI-enabled platforms and enterprise integrations. Several projects are already in progress and require strong project management discipline to bring them through completion while ensuring alignment with business stakeholders and technical teams.This role requires a well-rounded IT Project Manager who is comfortable working across infrastructure, enterprise applications, and emerging AI capabilities while coordinating multiple internal and vendor teams.ABOUT THE RESPONSIBILITIES:Lead end-to-end delivery of multiple IT and AI-related initiatives within an enterprise environmentManage project scope, schedules, deliverables, risks, and budgets across several concurrent initiativesCoordinate technical teams, business stakeholders, and external vendors to ensure successful project deliveryDrive completion of the nearly finalized ServiceNow AI implementation and ensure proper transition to operational teamsManage integration activities related to Oracle environments, including the deployment of OCI document reader capabilitiesSupport implementation of Aquants AI-driven service intelligence solution and associated operational integrationsFacilitate project planning sessions, status reporting, and stakeholder communicationsIdentify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies while ensuring mitigation strategies are implementedEnsure strong documentation, governance, and project management best practices across all initiativesSupport the organizations broader adoption of AI technologies by coordinating technical, operational, and business stakeholdersREQUIREMENTS:6+ years of experience managing IT projects within enterprise environmentsDemonstrated experience delivering technology initiatives that involve enterprise platforms, integrations, or emerging AI technologiesStrong project management fundamentals including planning, scheduling, risk management, and stakeholder communicationExperience managing enterprise software implementations such as ServiceNow, Oracle, or similar platformsAbility to coordinate cross-functional teams including technical architects, developers, infrastructure teams, and business stakeholdersExperience working with vendor partners and implementation teamsStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent initiativesExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsPMP certification or equivalent project management training is considered an assetMust be located in the Greater Toronto AreaABOUT THE ROLE:Location: Greater Toronto Area, OntarioWork model: Hybrid. Candidates must be GTA-based, though onsite presence is expected only occasionallyDuration: 6-month contract with potential extensionPAY DISCLOSURE:The expected pay range for this role is as follows (CAD):Intermediate Level: 68 years of experience; $6580/hourCompensation is commensurate with these standards; exceptions may apply based on experience, skills, and market conditions.AI DISCLOSURE:We may use artificial intelligence (AI) or other automated tools to support parts of our recruitment process.
