We are looking for a Staff / Senior Staff Software Engineer to launch and lead their new Toronto engineering team. Youll be the technical lead for a multidisciplinary team across frontend, backend, data platforms, ML infrastructure, and developer tooling. Working closely with the VP of Software and Silicon Valley engineers, youll build scalable systems, recruit top talent, and define the technical culture for the Toronto office. This role can grow into a Site Lead or Engineering Manager within 1224 months. Requirements 10+ years software engineering, 3+ years in leadership needed.
