Partner Staffing on behalf of our Client, we are seeking a Managerof Applications International who will play a key role within the Engineeringteam, supporting international sales opportunities by overseeing proposaldevelopment, cost estimating, and technical support. This role bridges the gapbetween sales, engineering, and operations to ensure proposals are accurate,competitive, and aligned with client requirements. The Manager is alsoresponsible for fostering collaboration, driving process improvements, andensuring the seamless transition of awarded projects to execution teams. Requirements KeyResponsibilities: ProposalDevelopment & Technical Support Collaborate withSales and Regional Account Managers to meet international RFQ expectations Work closely withMechanical, Electrical & Instrumentation (E&I), and Process Engineeringteams to develop proposal designs Prepare costestimates and generate formal quotations for Alco product lines Obtain quotationsfrom sub-suppliers, reviewing proposals for both technical and commercialaccuracy Provide technicalsupport to project management, drafting, and production during executionphases Initiate andprepare piping & instrumentation diagrams (P&IDs) and preliminarygeneral arrangements Review andinterpret project specifications to ensure proposal accuracy, completeness, andcompliance with RFP requirements Conducthandoff/kick-off meetings post-award to communicate package requirements tointernal stakeholders Drive continuousimprovement by recommending process enhancements and efficiency gains. Promote a cultureof health and safety, ethical business practices, integrity, and socialresponsibility. Encourage opencommunication and alignment with operational and strategic goals Foster teamwork andcollaboration across all departments to enhance overall organizationalperformance. Strong technicaland commercial acumen in energy/manufacturing environments.
