We are seeking one exceptional student to join us as an Investment Analyst Intern. This internship will provide handson experience in: Duties and Responsibilities Assist in financial models for acquisitions Assist in conduct sensitivity analysis and scenario modelling Assist in preparing underwriting assumptions such as budgeting and reforecasting Market & Property Research Assist in analyzing market trends, demographics, comparable assets, and economic indicators Prepare competitive set analyses + summarize financial results and recommendations Transaction Support Work closely with acquisitions, asset management, property management, and legal teams Support deal pipeline tracking and transaction workflow Coordinate thirdparty reports such as appraisals, environmental assessments etc Requirements Bachelors degree in Finance, Real Estate or related field Strong proficiency in Excel (advanced formulas, modelling, sensitivity tables) Excellent analytical, quantitative, and problemsolving skills and ability to interpret market data Strong communication skills and ability to present financial insights clearly #J-18808-Ljbffr
