IT Systems Administrator Were looking for an IT Systems Administrator to join our Vancouver office. In this role, youll be responsible for handling Tier 1 level support encompassing all aspects of technology within the company. This includes troubleshooting and resolving issues related to workstations, servers, printers, networks, cell phones, smartboards, and software. Supports the IT Administrator on various projects and tasks to enhance the overall IT infrastructure and service delivery. An ideal candidate has a minimum of 2 years experience working as a Helpdesk technician that is looking to grow and develop their career in a top-tier, dynamic firm. Primary Responsibilities Monitor, triage, and respond quickly to incoming IT issues and requests, ensuring all are logged and tracked in the ticketing system Provide technical support in person, over the phone, and via remote support tools Build and deploy new client desktops and laptops in-house and remotely Facilitate onboarding sessions with new employees Provide support for meeting room equipment Help maintain and update the companies IT asset list for hardware and software Write knowledge base articles and guides Keeps internal documentation current Owns monthly phishing campaigns and training Build and adjust automations and workflows to improve ticket management system Work with third-party support for warranty or software-related requests Monitor the Remote Management & Monitoring (Ninja RMM) suite for alerts or alarms that require troubleshooting Assist IT Administrator with planning, implementation, maintenance, and documentation related to network infrastructure Assist with Azure app deployment via Intune Provide coverage for IT Lead How you fit into the team You report directly to Director of Operations. You work closely with IT Lead. What you bring to the table Minimum 2 years of experience working as a Helpdesk technician Certificate/Diploma in a Technology related area of study or equivalent experience Ability to communicate courteously and professionally Ability to work independently and in a team setting A passion for IT and solving IT problems Fast turnaround of customer requests Escalate service requests that require higher level support Intermediate understanding of operating systems, business applications, printing systems, and network systems Service awareness of all organization''''s key IT services for which support is being provided Understanding of support tools, techniques, and how technology is used to provide IT services Self-motivated with the ability to work in a fast-moving environment Why work for Fast + Epp?
