Your Internship: As an Intern on the Client Services team, you willprovide software support and implementation guidance toclients utilizing the financial accounting and business operationsfunctions in Yardis property management software. You will have theopportunity to work with cuttingedge software solutions, gainingvaluable expertise and becoming a subject matter expert inthe Proptech field. Your Impact: A typical day as an intern with our ClientServices team: Introduce clients to the Yardi suite of products andservices. Partner with Technical Account Management teamduring client training sessions related to new software upgrades andfunctionality. Provide amazing customer support while learningto assist clients with troubleshooting software concerns. Assists in the support of client software installationand configuration. Be part of a great team and collaborate with teammembers across the organization. Your Profile: Junior or senior level college hours with a major inAccounting, Economics, Computer Information Systems, Statistics or GeneralBusiness. Great people skills and the ability to be personable andprofessional. Excellent written and verbal communication skills Essential customer service skillsand commitment to go the extra mile. Strong attention to detail and the ability to effectivelyfollow processes. Intellectual curiosity and theability research and learn new concepts. Flexibility, and the ability to manage changing prioritiescomfortably.
