About the job International Transfer Pricing Director International Transfer Pricing Director We are hiring for International Transfer Pricing Director for a global manufacturing Company. Responsibilities include: Prepare and analyze interim transfer pricing charges, accounting entries, transactions and adjustments and any adjustments required for stand alone and consolidated financials Assess impact of transfer pricing on withholding taxes and consolidated effective tax rate Prepare transfer pricing documentation and files for multiple entity and country wise reporting Evaluate intercompany cost based transactions and profit split model and update intercompany agreements Manage external benchmarking analysis Manage all transfer pricing audit issues by gathering and analyzing information and preparing audit responses Ensure transfer pricing is inline with country specific guidelines Requirements Atleast 8-10 years relevant experience CPA or CFA If you are interested in the above opportunity please apply.
