What you will do As General Counsel , you will play a key role in shaping the legal and regulatory strategy of a fast-growing financial technology platform. You will have the opportunity to: Own the Legal Strategy: Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing legal function, defining departmental strategy and managing the legal budget. Drive Technology Innovation: Champion the adoption of artificial intelligence and modern legal technology to increase the efficiency and impact of the legal function. Partner with Executive Leadership: Serve as a strategic advisor to the executive team on major decisions impacting the business and its growth. Navigate the Regulatory Environment: Lead engagement with regulators and policymakers while helping shape evolving regulations impacting digital capital formation. Protect Strategic Assets: Advise on technology, data, and intellectual property strategies to maintain competitive advantage. What skills you need Minimum of 8+ years of progressive legal experience , including significant in-house experience at a high-growth technology, fintech, or capital markets company.
