Acteur cl dans les plans de continuit des activits (BCP) et de reprise aprs sinistre. Leadership : Diriger, encadrer et grer une quipe de professionnels de linfrastructure et des quipements. Favoriser une culture dinnovation, damlioration continue et de haute performance au sein de lquipe. Leadership transversal Fournir des conseils et un leadership lquipe et aux autres secteurs de lorganisation qui interagissent avec linfrastructure et les quipements matriels (Oprations, Gestion de projets, TI, etc.) pour atteindre les objectifs de lentreprise. Exprience avre en leadership, gestion du changement et gestion de projets. Innovation : Identifier, promouvoir et stimuler linnovation afin dobtenir des amliorations significatives des indicateurs cls de performance (p. ex. : scurit, conformit, productivit et exprience client). Grer le changement tout au long du processus pour favoriser une adoption russie. Gestion des oprations : Superviser les programmes de maintenance, la mise niveau et le dploiement de linfrastructure et des quipements matriels, le tout dans le respect des normes de sant et scurit. Suivi via le systme CMSS. Assumer le rle de COE pour les fournitures nationales. Assurer la conformit aux normes industrielles et rglementaires. laborer et grer le budget du dpartement infrastructure et quipements au niveau national. Gestion de projets : Diriger les projets dinfrastructure de la conception la mise en uvre, en veillant leur livraison dans les dlais et le respect du budget. Coordonner avec des quipes transversales pour soutenir divers projets et initiatives. Gestion des fournisseurs : tablir et maintenir des relations avec les fournisseurs cls. Ngocier les contrats et grer la performance des fournisseurs pour garantir la meilleure valeur pour lentreprise. Suivi et rapports de performance : Dvelopper des indicateurs (KPIs) et des mtriques pour valuer lefficacit des initiatives dautomatisation. Rapporter rgulirement la performance et limpact des projets dinfrastructure et dquipements la haute direction. Gestion des risques : Identifier les risques potentiels lis linfrastructure et aux quipements et dvelopper des stratgies dattnuation. Garantir des plans robustes de reprise aprs sinistre et de continuit des activits. Amlioration continue : Mettre en uvre les meilleures pratiques et des initiatives damlioration continue pour accrotre lefficacit et la performance de linfrastructure. Se tenir inform des tendances du secteur et des technologies mergentes pour maintenir linfrastructure et les quipements de lentreprise la pointe de linnovation. Qualifications : Baccalaurat en ingnierie, administration des affaires ou domaine connexe. Une matrise ou des certifications pertinentes (ex. PMP) est prfrable. Minimum de 12 ans dexprience en gestion dinfrastructure et dquipements, dont au moins 4 ans dans un rle de direction national ou rgional grant plusieurs projets avec de nombreux intervenants. Exprience avre dans la gestion de projets dinfrastructure grande chelle et dquipes. Mise en uvre de projets et solutions dans un environnement fortement rglement (atout). Solides comptences en leadership et gestion dquipe. Excellentes aptitudes en planification stratgique et rsolution de problmes. Bonne comprhension des technologies dinfrastructure, de la gestion des quipements matriels et des normes de sant et scurit. Matrise des mthodologies de gestion de projets. Anglais et franais (obligatoires) crits et parls. Excellentes comptences en communication et relations interpersonnelles. Capacit travailler dans un environnement dynamique et rapide. Voyages travers le Canada requis jusqu 40% du temps selon les besoins de lentreprise. Job Summary: Reporting to the VP Operational Excellence and Infrastructure, the National Director of Infrastructure and Material Handling Equipment is responsible for overseeing the implementation of business strategic plan, development, and management of the companys infrastructure and material equipment including maintenance management. This represents 12 DCs across Canada. This role is critical to ensure that all physical and technological assets are aligned with the companys long-term goals and operational needs. The Director will lead a team of senior professionals, outside contractors and work closely with other departments to support the growth and efficiency of the organization. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Support: Implement long-term strategies for infrastructure and material handling equipment management. As COE, align infrastructure initiatives with business strategies, objectives and operational needs. Key player in BCP and disaster recovery plans. Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of infrastructure and equipment professionals. Cultivate a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and high performance within the team. Cross Functional Leadership Provide guidance and leadership to the team and to other areas of the organization that interact with Infrastructure and Material Equipment (Operations, Project Management, IT, etc.) to achieve the enterprise goals. Proven leadership, change management and project management experience. Innovation: Identify, promote, and drive innovation to achieve significant improvements in key business metrics (i.e Safety, Compliance, Productivity and customer experience). Address change management throughout the process to support successful adoption. Operations Management: Oversee the maintenance programs, upgrade, and deployment of infrastructure and material equipment all within health and safety guidelines. Monitor through the CMSS system. Play the COE role for national supplies. Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements. Develop and manage the budget for the infrastructure and equipment at national level. Project Management: Lead infrastructure projects from conception through implementation, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to support various projects and initiatives. National Vendor Management: Establish and maintain relationships with key vendors and suppliers. Negotiate contracts and manage vendor performance to ensure the best value for the company. Performance Monitoring and Reporting Develop KPIs and metrics to assess the effectiveness of automation initiatives. Regularly report on the performance and impact of infrastructure and MHE projects to senior leadership. Risk Management: Identify potential risks related to infrastructure and equipment and develop mitigation plans. Ensure robust disaster recovery and business continuity plans are in place. Continuous Improvement: Implement best practices and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance infrastructure efficiency and effectiveness. Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to keep the companys infrastructure and equipment at the forefront of innovation. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in engineering, Business Administration, or related field. A masters degree or relevant certifications (e.g., PMP,) is preferred. Minimum of 12 years of experience in infrastructure and equipment management, with at least 4 years in a national or regional leadership role managing multiple projects with many different stakeholders. Proven track record of managing large-scale infrastructure projects and teams. Implementing projects and solutions in a highly regulated environment. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent strategic planning and problem-solving abilities. Strong understanding of infrastructure technologies, material equipment management and health and safety standards. Proficient in project management methodologies. English and French (mandatory) written and spoken. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fastpaced, dynamic environment. Travel across Canada required, up to 40% of the time depending on business needs. The incumbent of this position will provide daily support to internal and/or external clients outside Quebec and/or in the United States.
