About the Opportunity This is a handson leadership role for a Superintendent who enjoys running a clean, organized, efficient construction site. Youll oversee daytoday field operations from start to finish, ensuring safety, schedule, quality, and communication are consistently maintained. Youll work closely with project management, trades, suppliers, consultants, and client representatives, acting as the anchor of the site and the person who keeps all moving parts aligned. What Youll Be Doing A blend of site leadership, coordination, and execution, including: Leading all daily onsite construction activities Maintaining schedules and ensuring work progresses efficiently Coordinating trades, suppliers, inspectors, and authorities Reviewing drawings to identify issues before they impact the schedule Conducting safety orientations and weekly toolbox meetings Ensuring the project is built to spec, code, and quality expectations Managing daily reports, documentation, RFIs, and onsite communication Overseeing material deliveries, inspections, and site logistics What Were Looking For 5+ years of Superintendent experience in commercial or light industrial construction Strong ability to lead crews, manage multiple trades, and keep complex site operations organized Solid understanding of construction drawings, codes, and inspection processes Proficient with Microsoft Office; experience with Procore or similar software is an asset Proven ability to maintain a safe, compliant, and highquality site Positive, accountable, teamoriented leadership style Why This Role Stands Out Join a company that values direct communication, ownership, and fast execution Work with a leadership team that supports their site staff and removes barriers Be part of an organization committed to raising the bar on efficiency and quality Highimpact role with longterm growth potential as the company continues to scale
