The position is open due to promotion within a fast-growing division of the business. This is a highly unique role reporting to the Head of the division and focused on strategic growth initiatives, integration of acquisitions and new acquisition support, key deliverables focus on; Developing and managing business and acquisition integration programs, Identifying business opportunities, Executing strategic roadmaps across the division, Driving organic growth initiatives for the business. Duties and responsibilities include leading integration initiatives and special projects, financial analysis and financial modelling for quarterly business reviews, improving financial and operational performance and M&A activities. This role is designed to help develop an understanding of best practice framework for investing, with a view to deployment to a Senior/Exec level role in Operations or M&A, long term. The successful candidate will have 4-8 years of progressive experience in a top tier consulting firm, strategic planning, M&A, investment banking or private equity firm combined with a business degree and either a CFA, CPA or MBA.
