Were Hiring: Digital Product Designer (12-Month+ Contract | Toronto | 4 Days In-Office | 1 Day Remote) Were looking for a talented Digital Product Designer to join one of Canadas most respected digital organizations. This is a chance to shape digital experiences used by millions while collaborating with a dynamic, cross-functional team in a hybrid work environment. What Youll Do: Lead interaction design strategy, improving user experiences through research, ideation, and workshops. Create wireframes, prototypes, and design artifacts that communicate flows, touchpoints, and interactions. Facilitate usability testing, conduct research, and perform design audits to inform product decisions. Must-Have: BA/BS in Design (Interaction, Visual, Product, Industrial), HCI, CS, or equivalent experience. 5+ years designing interfaces across multiple platforms. Experience integrating user research into design solutions. Proficient with Figma, Mural, UserTesting.com, and other design/prototyping tools. Strong communication skills and ability to articulate design strategy. Nice-to-Have: MA/MS in Design or related field. Experience with research methods, agile teams, and large organizations.
