This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated, detailoriented property management professional who thrives in a fast-paced residential environment and enjoys both operational and financial responsibilities. Key Responsibilities Operations & Maintenance Conduct weekly building walkthroughs and coordinate follow-up maintenance Oversee repairs, maintenance, and renovation activities Process purchase orders and manage contractors Ensure timely resolution of tenant work orders Administer preventive maintenance programs Respond to after-hours emergencies when required Support in-suite and building capital projects alongside the Construction Manager Condominium & Rental Management Full responsibility for condo corporation and rental operations Manage and schedule in-house staff Prepare AGM materials and required documents Maintain online amenity booking systems Oversee condo fees/rent collection and arrears management Issue notices Prepare weekly collection letters Conduct follow-ups and manage deposits Budgeting & Financial Oversight Prepare revenue projections, rental rates, turnover planning Provide recommendations for capital projects Manage tender processes and ensure execution on time and on budget Prepare operating, reserve fund, expense, and capital budgets Track monthly expenditures and prepare financial analysis reports Develop financial strategies with senior management Maintain up-to-date budget documentation and reporting Monitor accounts receivable issues and resolve discrepancies Monthly Reporting Prepare detailed monthly financial reporting packages Conduct operating cost variance analysis Provide forward-looking reporting on major upcoming work Manage accounts payable and ensure timely processing Team Leadership Lead and motivate in-house staff and trades Inspire a results-driven, solutions-oriented environment Effectively prioritize and meet deadlines Communicate clearly with residents, staff, and senior leadership Key Attributes Dynamic, motivated, and eager to go above expectations Strong negotiation, communication, and organizational skills Excellent time management and ability to work under pressure Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Proficient with Yardi, MS Word, Excel, and MS Project Qualifications Experience managing high-rise residential or condominium buildings Condo license (General License or RCM) is an asset , not required Interested?
