Snowdon Partners , a leading mid-market private investment firm, has recently made an important investment in Nuvollo, and has partnered with them to launch a search for an Integration Management Office Leader. The Role Philosophy The Integration Management Office Leader is responsible for leading and governing all pre- and post-transaction integration activities to ensure acquisitions deliver their intended value and to minimize disruption within the organization and with customers. This role serves as the central orchestration point for cross functional integration efforts, providing structure, discipline, transparency, and executive level issue resolution throughout the integration lifecycle. The Integration Management Office Leader is accountable for integration outcomes and mitigating risks from beginning to end. You are a clear and confident communicator and engage effectively with executives and broader teams to keep the train running smoothly and ensure every team member understands how their role contributes to overall success. Responsibilities Integration Strategy & Governance Establish and lead the Integration Management Office as the central governance body for all integration activities. Lead the effort to define the integration strategy, operating model, decision frameworks, and success metrics aligned to deal with objectives. Set up and manage integration of governance structures, including steering committees, escalation paths, and executive reporting. Cross Functional Integration Leadership Coordinate and oversee the integration of workstreams across Finance, HR, IT, Operations, Legal, Tax, Sales, and Customer Success. Manage interdependencies between functions to ensure sequencing, prioritization, and execution alignment. Provide clear directions to the workstream leaders and ensure accountability for milestones and deliverables. Execution Management & Delivery Lead Day 1 readiness planning and execution to ensure business continuity at close. Own integrated execution roadmaps, progress tracking, and performance dashboards for leadership visibility. Identify, escalate, and resolve integration risks, issues, and tradeoffs requiring senior leadership input. Value Creation & Synergy Realization Drive realization of financial and operational synergies, ensuring alignment with the investment thesis. Track benefits realization and ensure corrective actions are implemented where value is at risk. Partner with strategy and finance teams to assess integration progress against expected outcomes. Change Management & Communications Lead the integration of communications across internal teams and external stakeholders as appropriate. Ensure acquired teams understand the integration process, expectations, and impacts on their roles. Act as a visible integration leader, reinforcing clarity, alignment, and momentum through change. Provide monthly updates for the entire staff during company Town Hall meetings. Capability Building & Continuous Improvement Capture lessons learned from each integration and institutionalized best practices, templates, and playbooks. The goal will be to complete the integration and perform a review to capture learnings and create a playbook upon completion for the next acquisition. Build repeatable integration capabilities that scale with future transactions. Assess when leveraging internal resources versus external advisors or consultants. Your Profile Bachelors degree in business, finance, or management 5-7+ years of experience in integration management, M&A, enterprise program management, strategy, or management consulting. Proven experience leading largescale cross functional integration or transformation initiatives.
