Role Overview The Media Account Manager supports the day-to-day management and execution of a highly regulated pharmaceutical client account based in Toronto, ensuring strong coordination across internal teams, external partners, and client stakeholders. This role partners closely with the account team to ensure strong client communication, alignment to account strategy, and operational excellence across initiatives. This position is ideal for someone who is highly organized, proactive, and comfortable navigating regulated workflows. The Media Account Manager plays a key role in vendor and partner collaboration, creative agency coordination, regulatory review processes, and translating media performance into clear, client-ready insights, in close coordination with cross-functional partners. Core Responsibilities: Client & Account Collaboration Partner closely with the account team to support day-to-day client communication and account execution Attend client meetings prepared to speak to owned workstreams and provide clear, concise updates Support account planning, documentation, and follow-through across active initiatives Synthesize complex information into clear, direct communication for client and partner audiences Anticipate client needs, risks, or timing considerations and proactively flag them to the broader account team Vendor & Partner Collaboration Act as a strategic point of contact for select external vendors and partners Communicate campaign strategy, objectives, and success criteria to support strong execution Collaborate with the clients creative agency partner to ensure integrated, effective execution Provide proactive feedback to ensure work aligns with client goals and account strategy Maintain regular partner check-ins to monitor progress, surface risks, and identify opportunities Regulatory & Compliance Management Support medical, legal, and regulatory review processes for client-facing materials Manage submissions, versioning, and approval workflows within Veeva Promomats Ensure regulatory and legal feedback is consistently retained and applied across all relevant deliverables Maintain organized documentation throughout campaign lifecycles Media & Performance Support Partner with account leads and internal execution teams to understand performance trends and optimization opportunities Translate campaign data into clear, actionable insights for client reporting Support planning discussions and help evaluate campaign success against stated objectives Contribute to client-facing decks and materials that synthesize performance and strategic learnings Operational Excellence & Continuous Learning Manage multiple workstreams with strong attention to detail and follow-through Maintain high standards of documentation, communication, and account hygiene Maintain working knowledge of client products, portfolio, and category context Stay informed on relevant industry and regulatory developments and apply insights to execution Support cross-functional collaboration and contribute to process improvements that enhance account health Experience & Qualifications 57 years of experience in account management, client services, or related roles Experience working within regulated or highly structured environments; healthcare or pharmaceutical experience strongly preferred Familiarity with paid media planning, platform knowledge, and evaluating campaign success Ability to interpret data and communicate insights clearly and concisely Exceptional written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in Google Workspace (Sheets, Slides, Docs); familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Asana) is a plus Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities Interest in long-term growth within an agency environment What Makes You Successful Strategic mindset paired with strong execution discipline Ability to lead conversations with senior client stakeholders Confidence in interpreting performance data and guiding next steps High accountability, attention to detail, and an ownership mentality Collaborative leadership style with internal teams Why This Role Work on a complex, high-impact regulated account Collaborate with a highly integrated Client Engagement team Play a critical role in ensuring compliant, high-quality execution Clear growth path within the Client Engagement team Media Account Manager Coegi Location: Toronto, ON (Hybrid 3 Days in the Office) Schedule: Monday to Friday Salary: $85,000 to $95,000 We are actively hiring for this position Interview Process Our recruitment process is structured and transparent, with candidates assessed consistently against role-related criteria.
