PROJECT MANAGER - COMMERCIAL GROUND UP CONSTRUCTION (TORONTO) We are working with a well established General Contractor in Toronto that is looking to hire a Project Manager to lead commercial ground up projects from preconstruction through close out. Responsibilities Oversee project schedules, budgets, cost controls, and risk management Manage and mentor Project Coordinators, and site teams Coordinate with clients, consultants, architects, engineers, and subcontractors Review contracts, scopes of work, change orders, and procurement strategies Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget Attend client meetings and represent the company professionally at all times Work closely with estimating and preconstruction teams during pursuit and planning stages Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, building codes, and company procedures Qualifications 8+ years of experience managing commercial ground up construction projects. Strong background with General Contractors is required Proven experience managing projects over $60M in value.
