Role Description We are seeking 2 full-time, on-site Construction Superintendents to join our team. The Construction Superintendent will oversee daily construction site operations, manage project schedules and budgets, and ensure adherence to safety standards. Responsibilities include coordinating with subcontractors, supervising site activities, resolving issues, and ensuring project milestones are met efficiently and effectively. The ideal candidate will excel at team management and maintaining high-quality construction standards. Qualifications Proven expertise in Construction Site Management and Construction Safety to oversee on-site operations and maintain compliance with regulations. Strong Organization Skills to manage multiple tasks, schedules, and resources efficiently. Proficiency in Budgeting and Project Management to monitor project costs and timelines effectively. Exceptional problem-solving abilities, leadership, and communication skills to coordinate teams and address challenges proactively. Relevant certifications in construction safety and management are an asset. Experience with commercial, industrial, or residential construction projects is advantageous.
