Champion the employee experience across onboarding, development, engagement, and offboarding. Coach and support leaders on performance management, employee relations, and workplace matters. Ensure compliance with employment legislation and internal policies. Assist in the development and rollout of HR programs and initiatives. Coordinate learning and development opportunities to support individual and team success. Support full-cycle recruitment, from job postings through interviews and selection. Maintain accurate HR records and prepare reports on key metrics. Contribute to HR projects that strengthen and enhance a people-first culture. What You Bring Post-secondary education in Human Resources Management. 2+ years of progressive HR coordination experience. Proficiency with MS Office and HRIS systems. Strong communication skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels. High attention to detail and discretion when handling confidential information. A proactive, solutions-focused mindset. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
