Position Overview: Environmental 360 Solutions is seeking a Safety Compliance Advisor to support our national safety compliance program. This position plays a key role in ensuring that health and safety compliance accounts, documentation, and third-party safety platforms remain accurate, organized, and up to date. This role is primarily administrative and compliance-focused, requiring strong attention to detail and experience managing compliance documentation and safety data across multiple systems. The successful candidate will work closely with internal teams across Canada to gather safety data, maintain compliance records, and support client and RFP requirements. Due to the national scope of the role, the successful candidate must be comfortable coordinating with teams across multiple regions and time zones. Key Responsibilities: Act as the lead administrator for third-party safety compliance platforms such as ISNetworld, Avetta, ComplyWorks, and similar contractor compliance systems Collect and maintain health and safety documentation required for third-party safety platforms and client compliance accounts Ensure compliance accounts, certifications, and safety documentation remain accurate, current, and complete Maintain and update contractor safety compliance accounts, including uploading documentation, monitoring expiration dates, and coordinating renewals Support the Business Development team with safety documentation required for client proposals and RFP submissions Assist in compiling safety data including injury statistics, vehicle incident data, and workers compensation clearance certificates (WCB / WSIB / CNESST) Work with the VP of Health & Safety and Regional H&S Coordinators to gather required safety records from operations across Canada Maintain and review safety data within the KPA Flex Health & Safety Management System Identify and report compliance gaps, missing documentation, or data inconsistencies Support the development and documentation of policies and procedures required by safety platforms, audits, and compliance requirements Qualifications: Post-secondary education in Occupational Health & Safety, Business Administration, or a related field 35 years of experience in a health and safety compliance, coordination, or administrative role Experience working with third-party contractor safety platforms (e.g., ISNetworld, Avetta, ComplyWorks) is considered a strong asset Familiarity with Canadian workers compensation systems (WCB, WSIB, CNESST) Experience supporting RFP submissions, client safety documentation, or compliance reporting is considered an asset Strong organizational and compliance data management skills with exceptional attention to detail Ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and documentation requirements Strong communication and coordination skills when working with cross-functional teams across Canada Proficiency with Microsoft Office and safety management systems Bilingual (English/French) would be considered an asset Why Join E360S This is more than a job - its your opportunity to be part of something bigger.
