Not vanity metrics. Not just content. Not impressions. We are looking for a bilingual Performance Marketing Specialist who understands that marketing = revenue. This role can evolve into Head of Marketing within 1224 months. WHAT YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR This is not a content only role. You will: Create and launch Meta Ads & Google Ads Optimize campaigns based on CPL and lead quality Create 23 daily content pieces (reels, carousels, short-form video) Write scripts (Spanish + English) Edit short-form video (CapCut or similar) Monitor ad performance daily Improve targeting & filtering to reduce unqualified leads Track which leads close and adjust strategy accordingly Collaborate in recording sessions (hybrid role some in-person filming required) NON-NEGOTIABLE REQUIREMENTS Fluent Spanish (written and spoken) Strong English (professional level) Minimum 2 years continuous experience in digital marketing (not only freelance gigs) Experience launching and managing: Meta Ads Google Search Ads Ability to create: Carousels Reels Short-form videos Ad creatives Experience with basic video editing Strong execution mindset (speed > perfection) Comfortable being accountable for lead quality If you need constant clarification for basic execution tasks, this role is not for you. STRONG PLUS Experience with YouTube Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Display, retargeting Experience working with Hispanic audiences Ability to analyze CPL vs contract conversion Experience building content around news and policy updates Understanding of high-ticket service marketing HOW WE MEASURE SUCCESS You will be evaluated based on: Cost per qualified lead Lead-to-contract conversion Campaign optimization speed Content execution consistency Initiative and ownership WORK STRUCTURE Hybrid (remote + in-person recording in Vancouver) Office hours: 10:00am 6:30pm PST availability Occasional weekend recording (paid) Initial 30-day probation (2024 hrs/week) Growth to full-time based on performance COMPENSATION CAD $20$23/hour (based on proven execution) Performance-based increases possible after probation.
