Job description Motion Designer (Video & Visual Content) Full-time, Remote, Paid GoQuant Technologies Inc About Us GoQuant develops solutions that make life easier and more profitable for digital asset traders and researchers. We do so primarily by increasing transparency, boosting speed, and placing decisions in the hands of users. We currently offer two solutions: GoMarket and GoTrade. GoMarket is a subscription service that delivers low-latency digital asset data via WebSocket. Features include a unified querying language that allows users to easily bypass exchange-specific protocols to access data. GoTrade is a trade execution platform that allows clients to trade digital assetsusing multiple interfaces (Rest API, UI, WebSocket, Redis, etc.) to rapidly interact and trade with cryptocurrency exchanges. In addition, GoQuant is currently developing GoDark, a privacy-first digital asset trading protocol designed to address one of the most significant challenges in crypto markets: trading visibility. While traditional financial markets rely heavily on dark pools to enable institutional trading without revealing market intent, most crypto trading still occurs fully in the open. GoDark is designed to change that by enabling more private and efficient execution for digital asset traders. This is an exciting time for the GoQuant team as we onboard clients and rapidly build out our solutions to meet their needs. Job Description GoQuant is seeking a creative and technically skilled Motion Designer (Video & Visual Content) to help bring the story and vision of GoDark to life. This role will work closely with our marketing and product teams to create both motion and static visual content that communicates complex concepts in digital asset markets such as market structure, MEV, privacy, and trading infrastructure. You will play an important role in shaping how GoDark is presented visually across marketing materials, product announcements, and digital channels. This is a high-impact role where you will contribute directly to the visual identity and storytelling of a new digital asset trading protocol being built by a rapidly growing fintech company. Responsibilities Video Production & Motion Design Produce high-quality video content including brand videos, launch videos, and product explainers. Create motion graphics and animated visual content explaining complex topics in digital asset markets. Develop cinematic visual storytelling to support GoDarks marketing and brand narrative. Collaborate with marketing and product teams to translate ideas into engaging video formats. Visual Content & Marketing Assets Design static visuals for marketing campaigns, social media, and product announcements. Create graphics and visual content that align with the GoDark brand identity. Support the marketing team with visual assets for digital campaigns and platform announcements. Maintain a consistent visual style across all content and media channels. Creative Collaboration & Brand Development Work closely with the marketing team to develop the visual direction for GoDark. Help shape the overall brand identity, tone, and creative storytelling approach. Contribute ideas for new content formats and creative approaches to communicate technical concepts. Support ongoing marketing initiatives with both motion and static visual assets. Skills & Qualifications Experience producing professional video content and motion graphics. Strong proficiency with tools such as Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, and related motion design software. Ability to design both motion and static visual assets for marketing and brand content. Strong understanding of visual storytelling and cinematic editing techniques. Experience collaborating with marketing teams to produce brand-driven content. Experience in fintech, trading platforms, or Web3 infrastructure is a strong plus. Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear visual narratives. Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Experience working effectively in a remote, distributed environment.
