As the Canadian Master distributor for EASY-LASER alignment and measurement systems, BENCHMARK PDM offers precision-driven solutions, including machinery alignment systems, condition monitoring instruments, and geometric measurement tools. Role Description This is a full-time role for an Office Administrator, located in Pickering, ON. The Office Administrator will handle day-to-day administrative tasks, maintain office systems, and ensure the smooth operation of office functions. Responsibilities include managing office equipment, providing customer service and sales support, coordinating with teams and clients, assisting in financial and bookkeeping duties and supporting office administration processes and procedures including inventory and logistics. The role also involves effectively communicating within and outside the organization. Qualifications Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Office Administration tasks Experience with Office Equipment and tools for managing day-to-day operations Strong Communication abilities, both written and verbal Customer Service skills to effectively interact with clients and internal teams Organizational and time management skills to manage multiple tasks simultaneously Proficiency with office software tools (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Quickbooks) Previous experience in a related role; familiarity with industrial or technical fields is a plus Post-secondary education or equivalent experience in office administration or related field
